Restore Ministries

Bethlehem and Restore Ministries of the YMCA of Middle Tennessee has partnered together to bring you a life-changing class called Journey to Freedom.

JOURNEY TO FREEDOM is an 8 week course that can help you make any kind of change in your life, such as:

Lifestyle changes (healthier diet, increasing your physical activity, etc.)
Improving self-esteem
Relationships
Career changes
Addiction and other destructive habits
Spirituality/finding your purpose
Coping with grief/stress
Any other change you would like to make
