Ministry
Description of Service 
 
Children’s Choir
Work with another adult to teach/share music with children in age graded choirs. Training provided. Weekly from September - April on Sunday evenings 6:00-6:30 p.m. (more)
 
Children’s Handbells
Work with other adults to teach handbells to children in K-second and third-fifth grades. Choirs rotate weekly from September - April on Sunday evenings 6:00-6:30 p.m.
 
Circle of Faith
Workshop Rotation Sunday School
Teach one center for 5 weeks as children in K-fifth grades rotate through it. Training and curriculum provided.
 
 
Helping Hands
Assist in nursery during one worship service six times per year.
 
Mustard Seeds
(Children’s Church)
Teach children 3 years old through second graders during 8:15 or 10:45 a.m. worship service. Curriculum provided. One Sunday per month during March, April and May.
 
Pre-School Sunday School Teacher
Teach or assist in 3 & 4 year old Sunday School class. Training and curriculum provided.
 
Substitute                                    
Available to fill in for regular pre-school teacher
 
The Brainy Bunch
(Children’s Team Member)
Plan and coordinate all activities for children birth-fifth grade. Quarterly meetings.
 
 
Treasure Hunters
Lead third-fifth graders in study, fellowship and service projects September - April from 5:00-6:00 pm.
 
VBS Teacher/Asst.                   
Teach or assist in a class five days during the third week in June. Training and materials provided.
 

All adults who will be involved in childrens ministry will need to have a criminal background check. This requirement is part of our church’s commitment to being a safe place for our children, as well as being a part of our Safe Sanctuaries policies.
